We teamed up with the wonderful team at Planit, a Maryland marketing and advertising agency, to produce architectural photos in Iowa for legendary brick manufacturer, Glen-Gery. Without taking a deep dive into the world of architecture, you don’t realize how much goes into brick selection. After thumbing through a Glen-Gery catalog and chatting with an architect, you start to learn that there’s often more than initially meets the eye. A brick isn’t simply structural, it provides color, reflectivity, shapes, lines, and textures to an architectural design. A brick can be beautiful on its own and then realize a whole new beauty when it’s lit with sunlight.
